We use WordPress. A versatile and widely used CMS that makes managing a website very simple.

4. Do you offer photography services?

We can organize a photographer, but at an added cost, using a 3rd party, depending on products and location availability.

5. What if I already have a website? Can you redesign it?

Yes! If you have an existing website that needs a fresh look or better functionality, we can redesign and optimize it to improve performance and user experience.

Yes! We build websites using WordPress and other user-friendly platforms that allow you to update text & image content easily. We also provide training if needed. However we do have an ongoing affordable maintenance service that makes life easier for you, while you can focus on your business.

8. Do you provide e-commerce (online store) websites?

Yes we provide simple e-commerce stores, but only after reviewing your requirement. However it's important to note that payment gateways must be provided through your own common platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, Square etc.

9. Will my website be secure?

Absolutely! We implement standard security measures via our hosting providers, including SSL certificates, secure hosting, and regular updates to protect your website from threats. We take regular backups to ensure that we can restore your site in case of malware infections.

10. Are you able take some time to explain to a non techie on your service?

We don’t offer any payment plans at the moment. Our payments terms are staggered on milestones. An advance before build, on first draft and before going live.

13. Are there any hidden fees?

No! We believe in transparent pricing. You’ll receive a detailed breakdown of costs before we start, so there are no surprises. Our development fee plus any costs related to premium plugins that you may need.

14. Do I need to pay for ongoing maintenance?

Website maintenance is optional but recommended. We offer affordable maintenance plans to keep your site updated, secure, and running smoothly.

18. What happens if my website goes down?

Our hosting services are tied up with a premium hosting company based in the UK. With an excellent track record of customer service and up time, we have had nearly no downtime over the last decade.

19. Do I get a professional email with my domain?

Yes! We offer professional email setup with your domain, giving you a branded email address like yourname@yourbusiness.com.

20. How do I transfer my website to a different hosting provider if needed?

If you ever want to switch hosting providers, we’ll guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transition with minimal downtime. We also have a paid service where we take care of website migrations.

Currently we do not offer Off site SEO Services.

Yes! If you choose our maintenance plan, we’ll handle software updates, security patches, and feature enhancements to keep your website secure and up to date at all time. We also provide a premium 90 day incremental backup service.

28. What if I experience technical issues with my website?

You can notify us of any issues and we will investigate the issues and support with fixes where necessary.

29. Can I request changes or updates after the website is launched?

Yes! Whether you need content updates, design tweaks, or new features, we can make updates as needed. Our maintenance plan includes free updates to content and minor changes. However major design overhauls and complete navigation structure changes would require a fresh quote.
